Until we are fully developed, we are used to the constant changing and shifting. We grew out of our shoes and clothing. We also grew up through our education. Through our lifetime, we’ve had experiences that changed who we are inside. Sometimes, we get into the same flow each day and we feel like not much has changed. When we observe ourselves at this stage of comfort, some individuals find themselves truly happy, some find that they have what they asked for, some have grown accustomed to the way things are or the role they play at work or in their family, while others find that they are completely lost (and have a crisis).
For those of you who might be thinking “Reflect? I already think TOO much!” This class is for you! You will learn to balance your active mind with the action of the body. This class will strengthen the effectiveness of your communication with your inner-self. You will feel comfortable with your thoughts and with each step you take.
This is your time to do nothing else except feel encouraged to reflect about and feel through your life as well as make plans and commitment for your future. Each week, feel motivated to practice the new tools to practice for a renewed sense of self. This class is not a lecture-based class. This is a class of guided inner reflection. Each class ends with a 10 minute meditation to integrate or apply your reflections.
