Heart Health Lecture and Screening
Please join us as we continue our educational series on heart health.
On Thursday, November 30th (5pm-6:30pm), we will feature a panel of an Emergency Physician, a Cardiologist and a Registered Dietician to discuss facts and prevention of heart disease. We will also be offering a FREE basic screening which will include: Glucose/blood sugar, blood pressure, and a stroke risk assessment, with support from the American Heart Association.
Refreshment will be provided.
