Koch Park Ribbon Cutting Ceremony

The City of Placentia would like to cordially invite you to attend a ribbon-cutting ceremony to celebrate the completion of phase II of the Koch Park playground renovations. The ceremony will be held on Thursday, May 2nd, at 4:00 p.m. at Koch Park to unveil the newly renovated playground equipment! In following the Parks Initiative Plan, Phase II of the Koch Park playground completes the first responders’ theme by complementing the previously installed Placentia Fire and Life Safety Department play structure and highlighting the Placentia Police and Public Works Departments. The police-themed structure includes a Police Station, police car spring rider, and police SUV. The Public works-themed structure includes a slide, backhoe with monkey bars, dump truck, and excavator spring riders. The new rubberized surfacing features the same road design as the Placentia Fire and Life Safety Department structure.
