Remember your yoga mat or chair, a blanket, some hydrating liquids and anything else that might make you comfortable. Please arrive hydrated! (That's drink half your weight in ounces starting 2 days prior and continuing after). Please bring an empty cup to drink your choice of 6 charged waters!

There are two parking lots that overlook the area of Tri-City park we’ll be occupying.
