Shannon Grimsley is a Visionary Transformation Coach and founder of Wild Rising Coaching, where she helps individuals reconnect with themselves, find calm within the chaos of life, and move forward with greater clarity and alignment. She will guide attendees through a brief interactive exercise exploring how limiting beliefs and self-talk influence the way we live, lead, and make decisions. This session highlights the powerful connection between our inner dialogue and the results we experience in both life and work.
