HIS-OC has had many different names but their mission has never waivered. Homeless Intervention Services OC is the lifeline to many families, teens and seniors who are unhoused and need a second chance. HIS-OC gives that to them and more! Come and hear the great work Rick and the team at HIS-OC are doing and what their plans are for the future.
