Homeless Intervention Services of Orange County (HIS-OC) is a nonprofit dedicated to helping individuals and families overcome homelessness and regain self-sufficiency. Since 1989, HIS-OC has served North Orange County through programs like transitional housing, support for young adults, intergenerational home-sharing, and housing navigation services. With a focus on long-term solutions, HIS-OC offers more than shelter—providing life skills, case management, and emotional support to help people build stable, independent futures.
