Our services include employee relations guidance, LOA and ADA management, onboarding/offboarding, wage-and-hour compliance, investigations, handbooks and policies, workers’ comp support, ergonomics, and OSHA-aligned safety training. We also assist with recruiting, performance management, and building scalable HR systems.
With deep expertise in California and multi-state employment law, we partner closely with business owners to deliver clear, reliable HR support rooted in communication, trust, and practical solutions.
